Tumbling Waters Retreat is a tranquil, picturesque setting to honour and remember the one you love.
Surrounded by nature, with a stunning Ocean backdrop, our uniquely crafted package enables a heartfelt tribute designed to be unique, warm, and calm. It allows you, your family, and your friends to focus on remembering your loved one in a positive light.
A celebration of a life well lived, we have three options available. ( see below)
The retreat is available for private farewells on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
Weather permitting, the service can take place outdoors in our gardens or indoors in the glass atrium.
- Private manicured gardens overlooking the Ocean
- Indoor and Outdoor surround sound music system. A member of the TWR team can play your music entry/exit, which is the time for reflection.
- Chairs, Lecturn, A-frames x 2.
- High-Speed Wifi suitable for live streaming
- Retreats indoor decor/decorations are naturally beautiful. *You are welcome to add your additional touches.
- One large smart TV (you are welcome to BYO USB drive with photo memories)
Duration 2 hours Venue hire fee is from $2950 + from $950 per hour thereafter.
Package Options
OPTION ONE SERVICE CEREMONY ONLY
Upon arrival, guests will be offered cold water and juices
A selection of Juice, tea, and coffee after the ceremony.
Beverage service includes soft drinks, mineral water, orange/fruit juice, a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee 1 hour of service.
The tariff is $20 per person.
OPTION TWO: MORNING / AFTERNOON TEA WAKE
Upon arrival, guests will be offered cold water and juices.
After the ceremony, the beverage service will commence and include soft drinks, mineral water, orange/fruit juice, a selection of teas, and freshly brewed coffee for 1 hour.
In addition, there will be a chef's selection of sweet treats, peanut butter cookies, and Sticky Date cake.
Alcoholic beverages available on consumption no byo permitted
The tariff is from $30 per person
OPTION THREE, THE CIRCLE OF LIFE CELEBRATION
Upon arrival, guests will be offered cold water, juices.
Following the service, a grazing table will be available. This will feature a chef's selection of freshly made sandwiches, ham and cheese, homemade vegetable relish, baby spinach, and various savoury quiches, including mushroom and tomato, zucchini and feta. Homemade dips hummus and baba ghanoush served with crudités and crackers.
Chef's selection of sweet treats for dessert, peanut butter cookies, mixed berry bavarois, and sticky date cake.
Beverage service will include premium red, white, and sparkling wines, soft drinks, mineral water, orange and fruit juices, and a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee.
Guests are welcome to bring their spirits and beer, with corkage included.
The service duration will be 1.5 hours (1 hour for alcoholic beverages).
The tariff is from $65 per person minimum spend for 75 adults
An additional one-hour venue hire fee will be required with this package ( 3-hour duration )
Time Line Morning 10.00 am Start OR Afternoon 2.30 pm start.
9.30 am | Security gates open; guests' arrive |
9.50 am | Guests are directed to the farewell ceremony location |
10 am | The service usually takes one hour - additional time can be added if required. |
11 am | After the service, guests are free to enjoy the gardens. |

Perched on the Edge of the Escarpement overlooking the Ocean, offering a serene location for a private unique farewell.
- A surround sound music system is available and can be operated by a member of our TWR team. A Spotify link can be emailed to TWR and uploaded to our sound system; this must be provided well in advance of the service.
- A team member can operate the sound system while your pallbearers bring your casket/coffin to and from the service location.
- A good location for the service is the sandstone arbour area or under the shade of the trees, weather permitting, or inside the glass atrium section of the venue.
- Access is granted to the venue so you can add your personal touches & memories.
- Distance from Kingsford Smith Airport is an hour's drive.
- Local transport Companies to and from the airport South Coast Limousines
- Wifi High speed 100/40 mbps is available to live stream the service (must BYO equipment)

A non refundable venue hire fee plus a minimum spend of the package price of 75 adults is required to secure the date, grounds and venue.
For catering purposes an estimate final guest attendance payment must be made 5 days in advance. Confirmed guest are catered for and added to the invoice on the day.
A credit card security payment bond is taken on the day to cover for additional guests attending
