We have just attended a family wedding at Tumbling Waters and the whole experience was exceptional.

Set within beautiful gardens and with spectacular views, the location is stunning. Special thanks to Yaan for his calm, good natured efficiency in looking after us so well and making everything run so smoothly. He and the team were fantastic and contributed greatly to making the day so memorable and magical. The food and wine were also excellent and many thanks to the Chef for creating such delicious menu options which could be enjoyed by everyone, including those with special dietary requirements. Although, I did not have the pleasure of staying at the retreat this time, the accommodation also looked amazing.

We had a wonderful week end in our Luxe Ocean suite main lodge celebrating our anniversary. The views from our room were amazing and the friendly staff did a wonderful job looking after our breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and refined, we loved every minute of our week end . Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for making our anniversary special.

We had the privilege to have been a part of a magnificent wedding which was held at the Tumbling Waters Retreat. The location was absolutely smashing, this is a jewel in the Illawarra that you would never know it was there. The staff friendly and helpful, attentive and obliging. The wedding reception was well catered for, the meals were of good portions, great tasting and exceptional presentation. It was a great opportunity to have stayed at the Tumbling Waters Retreat and would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Loved our time at tumbling waters this weekend. The attention to detail within the room and decor was exquisite. Brekky and dinner was awesome spot on. It’s a very private retreat and one where you can just hide away and enjoy some time alone. Loved how peaceful and quiet it was. Thank you.

My husband and I had our wedding at Tumbling Waters and we cannot recommend them enough! The food and accommodation was exceptional and the venue has such a breathtaking view. Sonja, Karen and the team are so friendly and accommodating and made our special day stress free. They offer a beautiful indoor ceremony alternative, overlooking the beautiful escarpment for those rainy days. Our guests were very amazed with this stunning venue. Tumbling Waters has really exceeded our expectations! We cannot wait to stay there for our Anniversary!

Only an hr drive from Sydney, this place offered some very needed time for some relaxing days away.
Loved the self check in and self check out so time was not an issue.
Booked the massages and personalised dinner for the day and couldn’t of been better.
Thoroughly recommend it!!!
