Property terms and condition

•   Minimum Spend: $500.

•   Usage: Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed for accommodation stays at Tumbling Waters Retreat.

•   Minimum Stay Requirements: Most rooms require a minimum 2-night stay.

•   Exclusions: Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with special offers or for stays shorter than the required minimum duration.

•   Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value.

•   Booking Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, gift vouchers are not transferable to another date.

•   Validity: Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

•   Check-In Days: Tumbling Waters Retreat accepts check-ins from Wednesday to Saturday. Please note the Retreat is closed midyear for annual maintenance and staff getaway.

•   Transaction Fee: A 1.5% credit card transaction fee will be applied to the purchase amount.
