Property terms and conditions

•   Minimum Spend: $500.

•   Usage: Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed for accommodation stays at Tumbling Waters Retreat.

•   Minimum Stay Requirements: Most rooms require a minimum 2-night stay.

•   Exclusions: Cannot be used with a discounted rate online, a promo code, or a reduced-length-of-stay offer.

• Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value.

•   Booking Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, gift vouchers are not transferable to another date.

•   Validity: Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

•   Availability.  Checkin days vary according to season. Please note the Retreat is closed midyear for annual maintenance.

•   Transaction Fee: A minimum 1.75% credit card transaction fee will be applied to the purchase amount.
