The Retreat has been purpose built to host weddings, accommodation and group bookings simultaneously.
Please note an additional tariff applies if you require sole exclusive use of the entire property including the ground floor Function room and Garden Wedding Arbor - POA.
A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Payment in full is required 21 days in advance of your reservation
Checkout time for rooms is 10.30 am
Prior to check-in, a copy of a valid credit card is required for security reasons.
A full fee will be imposed for all no-show accommodation, Dining on the Edge, massages, etc.
Cancellations within 21 days of stay will incur the full charge.
Damages & items found missing will automatically be deducted from the credit card used to secure the reservation.
Additional charges will apply should the accommodation be left in an unreasonable state e.g. strong odours, excessive or additional cleaning required, etc.
