Tumbling Waters Retreat, Amanzi Beach Suite Stanwell Park - cancellations have a huge effect on our business, hence we have a STRICT NON-NEGOTIABLE CANCELLATION POLICY.
Cancellations for accommodation, dining options, massage / spa treatments and lazy late checkouts, early check-in outside of 21 days of your stay will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations for accommodation, dining options, massage / spa treatments and lazy late checkouts early check-in within 21 days of your stay are nonrefundable & will result in the loss of the total tariff.
We are a small, passionate, friendly team and we do our very best in order for you to have a wonderful stay, if something is not right please give us the opportunity to fix it during your stay.
A full fee will be imposed for a no-show for accommodation, dining, massages & day spa treatments.
Within 21 days  a non refundable payment in full is required to secure a reservation.
Outside of 21 days prior to your stay a non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your reseravtion.
A non refundable $ 8 booking platform fee plus 1.5 % credit card surcharge is added to all credit cards  including debit cards and  a 3.5%  transaction fee is added to all Amex cards. All bookings incur a $8 booking platform fee and will be displayed as an online booking fee on your invoice.
Any additional charges i.e., Dining on the Edge at Tumbling Waters Retreat or Day spa treatments / massages added to your booking or incurred during your stay, will automatically be debited to the credit card used to secure the reservation unless an alternate form of payment is specified in writing.
Reservations for Dining on the Edge, massage and spa treatments at Tumbling Waters must be made online and well in advance of your stay and are subject to availability.
At Tumbling Waters Retreat, we are a small professional team. Dining on the Edge is subject to minimum bookings,

Day Spa treatments are subject to change.

Day Spa, being a boutique style operation, with limited space and therapists, once a massage booking is made changes to bookings necessitate a reshuffling of many appointments and we simply do not have resources available to change Day spa bookings once made.

Complimentary WIFI is included in your stay. Please note should our service provider be unavailable or interrupted due to weather related events we will be unable to provide you with internet.
Tumbling Waters Retreat is purpose built to host weddings and accommodate guests staying for a romantic getaway, simultaneously. The Function Room and Dining on the Edge areas are completely separate. Wedding ceremonies take place in the garden area and the duration is approximately 30 minutes. Thereafter, the wedding guests move towards the lower Function Room and Deck area. When a wedding ceremony is taking place, we ask resident guest to refrain from walking through the ceremony area. Should resident guests wish to access the southern pool during this time, please use the alternate path to the pool.
It is a requirement that Photo ID may need to be provided upon request during your stay in order to validate credit card details.
To maintain the ambiance of the Retreat, no private loud parties or private gatherings of people are permitted.
Registered guests only are permitted to stay.
Tumbling Waters Dining on the Edge is not available New Year's Eve A Gourmet platter for two is our alternate option when Dining on the Edge is not available.
Smoking is permitted in the main garden area only, well away from the Lodge, noncompliance may result in an additional night's tariff should your room be filled with cigarette smoke.
Parking onsite at Tumbling Waters Retreat is at your own risk.
Tumbling Waters Retreat / Amanzi Beach Suite cannot accept the responsibility for any unforeseen road closures.
Outdoor / indoor water usage is subject to Government Water restrictions.
Tumbling Waters Retreat / Amanzi cannot accept any responsibility to refund guests for natural disasters and/or weather-related events.
Tumbling Waters Retreat will in the case of fire / natural disaster - postpone / reschedule your accommodation to the next available date that is suitable to both parties. The Retreat has a good fire defense system with over 300 000 liters of water stored onsite and we work closely with the RFS - your safety is our priority.
24 hour CCTV security surveillance cameras in operation throughout the grounds of the property, Retreat swimming pool & pond, Upper Deck Lounge, Dining Room & Function areas.
Noise Level: Please NOTE that there are other residents close by, so if people can hear your music / TV / voices from outside or inside, management reserves the right to evict unruly guests. Should eviction occur there will be no refund.
To maintain the ambiance of the Retreat the Swimming Pool hours of operation are from 6am -10 pm.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable / nor can they be changed once booked.
Damages / items missing will be automatically deducted from the credit card used to secure the reservation.
To avoid additional cleaning chargers, the suites must be left tidy on departure including the kitchenette area. Should additional cleaning be required this will be charged to your credit card.

Can you cater for all dietry needs?  Yes of courses, please ensure you advise our team of your diet intolences / allergies prior to your stay.

Are drinks included during our stay?  Reservations including  Evening Meals / Dining packages include House Wines, Beers and Soft Drinks.

All stays include a  Breakfast  a Buffet daily except a  Room only tariff.
