Tumbling Waters Retreat is a tranquil, picturesque setting to honour and remember the one you love.

Surrounded by nature, with a stunning Ocean backdrop, our uniquely crafted package enables a heartfelt tribute designed to be unique, warm, and calm. It allows you, your family, and your friends to focus on remembering your loved one in a positive light.

A  celebration of a life well lived, we have three options available. ( see below)

The retreat is available for private farewells on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Weather permitting, the service can take place outdoors in our gardens or indoors in the glass atrium.

  • Indoor and Outdoor surround sound music system. A member of the TWR team can play your music entry/exit, which is the time for reflection.
  • Chairs, Lecturn, A-frames x 2.
  • High-Speed Wifi suitable for live streaming
  • Retreats indoor decor/decorations are naturally beautiful. *You are welcome to add your additional touches.
  • One large smart TV (you are welcome to BYO USB drive with photo memories)

Package Options


Cold water and a selection of Juice, tea, and coffee upon arrival before and after the service.

Beverage service includes soft drinks, mineral water, orange/fruit juice, a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee 1.5  hours of service. The tariff is $2o per person. 




Upon arrival and after the service, we will provide cold water, a selection of juices, tea, and coffee. In addition, there will be a chef's selection of sweet treats, peanut butter cookies, and Sticky Date cake. The tariff is from $30 per person


Upon arrival, guests will be offered cold water, juices, tea, and coffee. Following the service, a grazing table will be available. This will feature a chef's selection of freshly made sandwiches such as ham and cheese, homemade vegetable relish, and baby spinach. Additionally, there will be a variety of savoury quiches, including mushroom and tomato, as well as zucchini and feta. Homemade dips like hummus and baba ghanoush will be served with crudités and crackers. There will be a chef's selection of sweet treats for dessert, such as peanut butter cookies, mixed berry bavarois, and sticky date cake. Beverage service will include premium red, white, and sparkling wines, soft drinks, mineral water, orange and fruit juices, and a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee. The service duration will be 1.5 hours (1 hour for alcoholic beverages). Guests are welcome to bring their own spirits and beer, with corkage included. The tariff is from $65 per person minimum spend  75 adults 


Time Line Morning 10.00 am Start OR Afternoon 2.30 pm start.

9.30 am/ 1.30 pm Security gates open 30 minutes before the guest's scheduled arrival time.
10 am/ 2 pm Guests arrive / Tea and Coffee / non-alcoholic beverages available upon arrival.
10.20 am/2.20 pm Guests are directed to the farewell ceremony location
10.30 am / 3.30 pm The service usually takes one hour - additional time can be added if required.
11.30 am  / 3.30 pm After the service, guests are free to enjoy the gardens.
11.30 am  / 3.30 pm Service commences pending the package selected
12.30 pm / 4.30 pm  Beverage service continues for non-alcoholic beverages only.
12.45 pm / 4.45 pm  Farewells
1 pm / 5 pm Guest depart
The food service timeline can be extended as required.

Additional charges apply for food and beverage service extension from $25 per person per hour

Frequently asked questions / Helpful information + contacts


  • A surround sound music system is available and can be operated by a member of our TWR team. A Spotify link can be emailed to TWR and uploaded to our sound system; this must be provided well in advance of the service.
  • A team member can operate the sound system while your pallbearers bring your casket/coffin to and from the service location.
  • A good location for the service is the sandstone arbour area or under the shade of the trees, weather permitting, or inside the glass atrium section of the venue.
  • Access is granted to the venue so you can add your personal touches & memories.
  • Distance from Kingsford Smith Airport is an hour's drive.
  • Local transport Companies to and from the airport South Coast Limousines
  • Wifi High speed 100/40 mbps is available to live stream the service (must BYO equipment)

Booking Conditions

A non refundable venue hire fee plus a minimum spend of the package price of 75 adults is required to secure the date, grounds and venue.

For catering purposes an estimate final guest attendance payment must be made 5 days in advance. Confirmed guest are catered for and added to the invoice on the day.

A credit card security payment bond is taken on the day to cover for additional guests attending
