Tumbling Waters Retreat is a tranquil picturesque setting to honour and remember the one you love.
Surrounded by nature, with a stunning Ocean back drop, our uniquely crafted package enables a heartfelt tribute designed to be special, warm and calm enabling you your family and friends to focases on remembering your loved one in a positive light.
A celebration of a life well lived, this package is available on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Cold water, a selection of Juices, Tea's & Coffee upon arrival
Weather permitting, the service can take place outdoors in our gardens or indoors in the glass atrium
Indoor and Outdoor surround sound music system. A member of the TWR team can play your music entry / exit, the time for reflection.
50 chairs, Lecturn, A frames x 2, indoor are provided by the venue.
Retreats indoor decor / decorations naturally beautiful. *You are welcome to add your additional touches.

Chefs selection of freshly made Sandwiches eg. ham cheese, homemade vegetable relish and baby spinach etc
Selection of Savoury Quiches e.g Mushroom Tomato / Zucchini and Feta
Homemade dips eg Hummus and Baba Ghanoush + crudite and crakers.
Chefs selection home made sweet treats eg peanut butter cookies / Mixed Berry Bavarois & Sticky Date cake.
Beverage service includes premium red, white, sparkling wine, soft drinks, mineral water, orange / fruit juice, selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee 1.5 hours service (1 hour alcoholic) BYO spirits and beer permitted includes corkage.
|Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.

Perched on the Edge of the Escarpement overlooking the Ocean, offering a serene location for a private unique farewell.
- Surround sound music system is available and can be operated by a member of our TWR team, A spotify link can be emailed to TWR and uploaded to our sound system, this must be provided well in advance of the service.
- A member of our team can operate the sound system whilst your pallbearers bring your Casket / Coffin to and from the service location.
- A good location for the service is the sandstone arbor area or under the shade of the trees weather permitting or inside glass atrium section of the venue.
- Additional service chairs can be be provided for a tariff of $6 per chair.
- Access is granted to the venue early Tuesday morning for you to have the freedom of adding your personal touches & memories.
- Distance from Kingsford Smith Airport is an hour 's drive.
- Local transport Companies to and from airport South Coast Limousines
- Wifi High speed 100/40 mbps is available to live stream the service (must BYO equipment)
- Beverage packages include house wines red, white, sparkling and corkage. Should you wish to BYO beer & spirits.

A non refundable venue hire fee plus a minimum spend of the package price of 75 adults is required to secure the date, grounds and venue.
For catering purposes an estimate final guest attendance payment must be made 5 days in advance. Confirmed guest are catered for and added to the invoice on the day.
A credit card security payment bond is taken on the day to cover for additional guests attending
