ON THE DAY TIME LINE
| 3.30 pm | Security gates open 30 minutes before guests' scheduled arrival time. |
| 4. pm | Guests arrive / bar opens, arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine, and soft drinks are served. |
| 4.20 pm | Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite |
| 4.30 pm | Ceremony starts usually takes 20-25 minutes |
| 4.50 pm | After the ceremony, group photos & beverages + Chef's selection dips.

After your ceremony, we take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken. Rest assured, a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with beverages.
