ON THE DAY TIME LINE
Below is a run sheet time line. Outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. * Sunday weddings/ functions can start from 12 midday.
| 3.30pm | Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time. |
| 4pm | Guests arrive / Bar opens arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival. |
| 4.20pm | Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite |
| 4.30pm | Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes |
| 4.50 pm | After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin. |
After your ceremony we take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages.
| 5pm | Bar service continues + roasted nut mix guests mingle outside terrace area. |
