ON THE DAY TIME LINE
Below is a run sheet timeline outside of daylight saving. You may wish to start one hour earlier.
| 3.30 pm | Security gates open 30 minutes before guests' scheduled arrival time. |
| 4 pm | Guests arrive / arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine, and soft drinks on arrival. |
| 4.20 pm | Guests-directed ceremony location OR beverage service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite |
| 4.30 pm | The ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes |
| 4.50 pm | After the ceremony, group photos & beverages are served, and the celebrations begin. |
After your ceremony we take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages.
| 5 pm | Bar service continues + roasted nut mix guests mingle outside terrace area. |

This package may be extended for one hour. A $20 per person tariff applies and includes an additional roaming bowl item ( entrée or dessert ) and a 1-hour beverage service.
