6 hours duration from $258 per person + Reception Venue Hire Fee includes beverage service. & use of the Gardens for your Ceremony if required.

Our most popular package,  plenty of time to mingle outside,  canapes &  served on the deck overlooking the Ocean after your ceremony.

2025 Price increase

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, the venue reception  fee is  $6950  + Package price per person = $283.8  per person

 Thursday, the venue reception fee  is $5950  + Package price per person = $283.8  per person 

The above tariff for 2025 includes a $500 credit towards the room type of your choice.  ( minimum 2-night stay applies)

Below is a run sheet time line.  Outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. * Sunday weddings can start from 12 midday.


3.30pm Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time.
4pm Guests arrive / Bar opens for arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks +Beer on arrival.
4.20pm Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage  service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite
4.30pm Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes
4.50 pm After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin.

After your ceremony we take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages. 

5pm Bar service continues + roasted nut mix guests mingle on the terrace over looking the ocean.
5 pm gourmet cheese and fruit platters
5.15 pm 2 varieties of canapés served
6.20 / 6.30 pm guests seated inside. Bread served
6.40 pm alternate entrée served
7.20 pm speeches
7.40 /7.55pm * alternate main served
After main more speeches, cut cake, bridal waltz, dancing
8.40/8.55pm* alternate dessert served,  then more dancing
tea / coffee / wedding / cake served
9.30pm petit fours bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only
10pm End of function Guests leave.

The Gold Sit down package can be extended for an additional hour,  the tariff is $18 per person and includes beverage service. * Food service times may vary + - 15 minutes pending guest numbers and menu selection. Food Service times cannot be changed.
