Below is a run sheet time line. Outside of day light saving you may wish to start one hour earlier. * Sunday weddings can start from 12 midday.
ON THE DAY TIME LINE
3.30pm | Security gates open 30 minutes before guests scheduled arrival time. |
4pm | Guests arrive / Bar opens for arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks +Beer on arrival. |
4.20pm | Guests directed ceremony location OR beverage service continues if you are not having your ceremony onsite |
4.30pm | Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes |
4.50 pm | After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin. |
After your ceremony we take good care of your guests while you are getting your wedding photos taken, rest assured a member of the team is allocated to look after you & the bridal party with food & beverages.
5pm | Bar service continues + roasted nut mix guests mingle on the terrace over looking the ocean. |

The Gold Sit down package can be extended for an additional hour, the tariff is $18 per person and includes beverage service. * Food service times may vary + - 15 minutes pending guest numbers and menu selection. Food Service times cannot be changed.
