Reception Venue Hire Fee from Fri/ Sat/ Sun $6995 and Thurs $5995 + package price per person
A reception venue hire fee applies to hold a wedding ceremony and reception at Tumbling Waters Retreat.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: The venue reception fee is $6,995 + the package price per person.
Monday – Thursday: The venue reception fee is $5,995 + the package price per person.
The venue hire fee includes the lower ground-floor reception area, ocean deck, and gardens, plus everything as listed under Tumbling Waters Retreat All-Inclusive.
The venue hire includes a promo code for discounted accommodation, available exclusively for you and your guests.
Effective from 1st January 2028,
*Venue hire weekend, Friday, Saturday, Sunday is $7995 + 5% per person package price increase.
*Venue hire midweek, Monday – Thursday, is $6995 + 5% per person package price increase.

The venue hire fee includes exclusive use of the ground floor function room, glass atrium, dance floor, outdoor terrace + deck area, stunning
landscaped gardens and wedding arbor should you choose to have your wedding ceremony onsite.
Please note that all our wedding packages include enough time for your Wedding Ceremony to take place on-site. A ceremony usually lasts 20 minutes.
If you choose not to have your Ceremony onsite, our beverage and food service will continue during the time allocated for a ceremony.
