Duration 2 hours from $3245 Mon, Wed, Thurs and $4245 Fri Sat Sun + $35 per person *
We offer a Wedding Ceremony-only package if you would like to have your Wedding Ceremony onsite at Tumbling Waters Retreat and your wedding reception at another location.
*Minimum spend of 30 adults on Monday -Thursday venue hire = $3245,
*Minimum spend 60 adults Friday, Saturday & Sunday Venue hire =$4245
- Adults $35 per person, including arrival beverage service 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.
- Teenagers $30 per teenager 13-17 years
- Children 2-12 $27
- Sunday 10% surcharge
We offer a beautiful location for the wedding ceremony of your dreams: private gardens with an ocean backdrop. We also have a stunning sandstone-and-glass atrium available, just in case your wedding ceremony needs to be relocated indoors during inclement weather—the perfect plan B!

All ceremony-only bookings must conclude by 2 pm at the latest during Daylight saving and 1 pm outside of Daylight saving.

Monday – Thursday, the Venue hire is $3570 + an increase 5% package price per person
Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The venue hire is $4750 + an increase 5% package price per person

Sparkling, red and white wine, soft drinks, orange juice mineral water.
BYO Beer/spirits / cocktails permitted must be served by the TWR team.
BYO beer/spirits / cocktails are permitted. BYO Alcohol that is not consumed will be returned after your guests depart.
ON THE DAY TIMELINE
- During Daylight saving is an 12 midday start or earlier
- Outside Daylight saving is an 11 am start or earlier

| 12 midday | Guests arrive / Bar opens arrival beverages, red/ white sparkling wine soft drinks on arrival. |
| 12.20pm | Guests directed ceremony location |
| 12.30 pm | Ceremony usually takes 20-25 minutes |
| 1 pm | After the ceremony group photos & beverages are served, let the celebrations begin! |
A good time to do group photos is immediately after the ceremony.
| 1pm | Celebration beverages and roasted nuts guests mingle on the terrace over looking the ocean. |
| 1.30 pm | bar remains open for non alcoholic beverages only |
