Property terms and conditions. 

• Gift vouchers/cards can be purchased and redeemed for a Tumbling Waters Retreat stay. The Minimum purchase is $550 and can be credited to an accommodation stay.
• Minimum 2-night stays apply.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with specials / reduced length of stays on offer.
• The monetary value can only be applied to one of our online accommodation options when the person receiving the voucher wishes to stay.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable for a monetary value.
• Gift vouchers are not transferable to another date once booked.
• Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
• Tumbling Waters Retreat is open for arrivals checking in on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The Retreat is closed midyear for our annual makeover and team rest!
• The voucher can be emailed to you to give to the person receiving the voucher.
• A 1.5 % credit card transaction fee will automatically be added to the purchase amount.
