Venue Hire fee from $2000 per day plus from $100 per delegate per day + GST  and includes

Chefs Selection food & non alcoholic beverage package.

Minimum spend 10 delegates.

    Overnight accommodation requirements, non-sharing = Max capacity at TWR 12 delegates + another option close by is our Amanzi BeachSuite in Stanwell Park = 13 delegates (7 minutes drive).

    Overnight accommodation sharing (max capacity suitable corporate twin share = 16. Max Capacity Friends / Girls / Family getaway groups tripple quad and quin share = 35 people) Accommodation includes Breakfast.

    Full 9 hours TWR Day Conference Package

    Our TWR day conference package includes exclusive use Upper Deck Board Dining Room and Terrace area: morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.

    Half 4 hour TWR Day Conference Package dates

    Nights requiring Private Dining Evening Meals

    Do you require Personal Concierge assistance to organise local activities etc.?

    Day guideline available from 8am Tuesdays - Bump in from 7am

    8am Guests arrive - free flow tea, coffee, orange juice, mineral water + soft drinks. Retreat made Biscuits
