Private Coctail Functions

The Private function room overlooking the rainforest and ocean is available from 6 pm.

Venue Hire fee on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays is $3950, including GST

Venue hire fee on Friday, Saturday & Sunday is $4950 including GST

(Weekend bookings are open six months from the date of the event)

Included facilities are the Lower ground floor function room, the glass atrium & the terrace area.

Onsite Gourmet catering with all-inclusive packages.

Minimum spend 80 guests on a Saturday.

Minimum spend 50 guests Friday or Sunday.

All inclusive Packages

Gold Cocktail Package Duration: 5 hours

Begins with a freshly roasted nut mix, Chefs selection of dips and grazing table cheese & fruit platters. Six varieties of canapes, One roaming entree, one main, one dessert served in white china bowls.

The tariff is $230 per person, which includes a Beverage package of 5 hours (4.5 hours of alcohol service), a 10% Sunday surcharge 

 

 

Silver Cocktail Package Duration: 4 hours

The package begins with freshly roasted nuts. Grazing table chefs' selection of dips & mezze platters, four varieties of canapés, one roaming entree (or dessert), and one roaming main served in white china bowls.

The Tariff is $198 per person, including a Beverage package of 4 hours (3.5 hours of alcohol service), a 10% Sunday surcharge 

 

 

Beverage Package

Includes beverage package, premium red, white and sparkling wine, soft drinks, mineral water, orange juice, selection of  teas and freshly brewed coffee.

BYO Spirits and Beer includes corkage.


For your convenience

You are welcome to decorate the venue or leave it as is. Bump in is 2-3 hours before starting time, as required.

*If the Belgium Chocolate cake is selected as the dessert option, we will present it as your celebratory cake and serve it with seasonal berries and cream to all your guests as dessert.  Please note this will then be your only dessert option.

Should you wish to use our surround sound system, we will require a Spotify playlist with your music selection ready to play.

We can cater for all allergies and food intolerances, but we need details in advance so our team can prepare accordingly.
