Wedding / Function Packages
Our wedding packages are designed to include everything you need for your perfect day. Every detail has been taken care of, from the wedding cake (should you select it as your dessert option) to the music both for the ceremony and reception, beverages, wedding arbour, chairs, signing table, wishing well, table decorations, lectern, microphone, cake knife, candles, ambient lighting, both indoors and out. Of course, you are welcome to add your touches.
Please remember to include the venue hire fee when calculating your costs.
All our wedding packages include beverage service, premium Australian red, white, sparkling wine, orange juice, mineral water, soft drinks, a selection of teas and freshly brewed coffee.
BYO beer and spirits are permitted with all our packages.
All beverages must be served by the TWR team. BYO beverages that are not consumed will be returned to you at the end of the evening.
All our red, white and sparkling wines come from blended grape varieties that have been carefully selected for our most discerning guests. These wines are not available for purchase in bottle shops, please do not hesitate to be in touch should you wish to visit the Retreat and taste our wines.

A reception venue hire fee applies to hold a wedding ceremony and reception at Tumbling Waters Retreat.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: The venue reception fee is $6,995 + the package price per person.
Monday – Thursday: The venue reception fee is $5,995 + the package price per person.
The venue hire fee includes the lower ground-floor reception area, ocean deck, and gardens, plus everything as listed under Tumbling Waters Retreat All-Inclusive.
The venue hire includes a promo code for discounted accommodation, available exclusively for you and your guests.

The package also includes our Tumbling Waters Retreat table décorations, transforming your reception into a stunning setting while offering meaningful savings.

We offer a Wedding Ceremony-only package if you would like to have your Wedding Ceremony onsite at Tumbling Waters Retreat and your wedding reception at another location.
*Minimum spend of 30 adults on Monday -Thursday venue hire = $3245,
*Minimum spend 60 adults Friday, Saturday & Sunday Venue hire =$4245
- Adults $35 per person, including arrival beverage service 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the ceremony.

We offer a beautiful location for the wedding ceremony of your dreams: private gardens with an ocean backdrop. We also have a stunning sandstone-and-glass atrium available, just in case your wedding ceremony needs to be relocated indoors during inclement weather—the perfect plan B!
Relax…… stress-free; our experienced, dedicated wedding coordinator & team will handle everything.
All ceremony-only bookings must conclude by 2 pm at the latest during Daylight saving and 1 pm outside of Daylight saving.

Planning on Eloping? Tumbling Waters is the perfect destination for a small, private wedding ceremony, with the option to book accommodation and stay at Tumbling Waters Retreat.
The Elopement package includes 2 hours of access to our Gardens for your ceremony and photos + a one-night stay in an Ocean Room for the new Mr and Mrs.
Due to onward bookings, your Ceremony must conclude by 1 pm.
Additional guests/witnesses are welcome to attend the ceremony.
The tariff is $35 per person and includes a beverage before and after the ceremony.
